Free shipping in the United States

Every order ships free to addresses in all 50 US states. There's no minimum order.

When your order ships

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive 5 to 12 business days after they ship. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes can take a few days longer.

Items may arrive separately

If you order more than one item, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Shipping is still free.

Where we ship

Right now we only ship to addresses in the United States.

Lost or late packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the order date, email support@steelshort.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
